径向磨削量对精密冷锻模具钢微观裂纹倾向的影响 被引量:1

Effect of radial grinding depth on microcosmic crack tendency for cold working precision forging die steel

摘要 以Cr12MoV和DC53两种模具钢为研究对象,通过硬度测试、冲击试验和断口形貌观察优选了每种成分的热处理工艺,之后以精密平面磨床为平台、以着色渗透探伤剂为检测手段进行磨削试验,对比研究了不同径向磨削量对模具钢微观裂纹倾向的影响。研究结果表明:保证Cr12MoV和DC53两种模具钢淬火回火态不发生微观裂纹的临界径向磨削量均为0.04mm;Cr12MoV的微观裂纹为细小线形开裂,呈平行并排弥散分布,方向与磨削方向垂直;而DC53由于供货状态不佳,其微观裂纹为粗大线形开裂,与磨削方向接近于平行,裂纹痕迹少且呈集中分布。 The best heat-treatment method for samples of Cr12MoV and DC53 was selected based on hardness test,impact test and fracture morphology test by SEM,and then the effects of radial grinding depth on microcosmic crack tendency of cold working precision forging die steel were investigated by grinding test based on surface grinding machine.The results show that the critical radial grinding depth to keep Cr12MoV and DC53 from microcosmic crack is 0.04 mm,microcosmic crack of Cr12MoV is narrow,dispersive and parallel with direction perpendicular to the cutting moving,while the microcosmic crack of DC53 is wide and concentrative with direction parallel to the cutting moving for the poor material.
