摘要
基于移动热源理论分析了不同磨削量对磨削区温度的影响。根据热传导并采用有限元分析方法,建立了成形磨齿温度场的数学模型。通过改变磨齿用量大小比较输出温度场的变化情况,从而找出磨削温度场的变化规律。研究结果表明:随着砂轮沿齿轮径向进给量的加大和砂轮转速的提高,磨削温度呈上升趋势;随着砂轮沿齿宽方向的进给速度增加,磨削温度呈下降趋势。
Based on the theory of moving heat source,the influence of different grinding parameters on the temperature in grinding zone was analyzed.According to heat conduction and by using finite element method,the mathematical model of temperature field of gear form grinding was established.By changing the gear grinding parameters to observe the changes of the output temperature field,the variation law of grinding temperature field was found.The result indicates that the grinding temperature takes on ascendant trend along with the increase of grinding speed and feed in the radial direction of gear,and on descendant trend along with the increase of feed along the face width.
