摘要
本文以磨削过程的平稳为目标,在用金刚石砂轮磨削铸铁/高压氮化硅合成部件时,采用了对砂轮的连续修整技术。研究表明,保持其它磨削条件不变,选择合适的连续修整参数,可以使得磨削过程中磨削力、工件表面粗糙度保持稳定。与普通修整法相比,连续修整不仅降低了磨削力,磨削比也有一定的改善。
Because of the different properties of metal and ceramic, it is much more difficult tofind suitable grinding conditions in the grinding of metal/ceramic-hybridcomponent. In this paperthe continuous dressing was used in the grinding of Iron/HPSN-hybridcomponent with diamontwheel in order to stabilize the grinding process. The experiments showed that an ideal grinding pro-cess can be realise by continuous dressing method. Compared with uncontinuous dressing the grindingforce was reduced and the grinding ratio was improved.
