摘要
本文主要讨论了磨削钢/氧化锆合成部件时砂轮的选择及其修整问题。实验研究了修整条件对磨削结果的影响。指出合理的连续修整有利于磨削过程的稳定。最后对合成部件磨削中氧化锆的表面机械损伤作了初步研究。
In this study, a series of grinding tests were carried out to determine suitable parameters for the grinding of St37 / ZrO_2, using diamond and CBN-grinding wheels. The selection of the wheel and wheel dressing conditions were discussed in detail. In order to get a stable grinding process it is necessary to make use of the continuous dressing technology. Finally, the ZrO_2 component surface damage caused during the grinding process was investigated.
