用CBN砂轮磨削氧化锆-钢合成部件

摘要 陶瓷在工业中应用的主要问题是它的脆性。以结构设计来部分地克服这一缺点是解决问题的方法之一。陶瓷/金属合成部件有可能在这一方面得到应用。本文CBN用砂轮对氧化锆/钢合成部件进行了系统的磨削实验。初步分析了这种材料的磨削过程及特点。实验研究了砂轮表面地形与砂轮修整条件的关系,以及砂轮表面地形在磨削过程中的变化。以磨削力、磨削比、工件表面质量为评价指标,选择出合理的磨削参数。其结果对工业应用具有参考价值。 The main problem of ceramics in applecation to industry is its fregility. One of the solutions which can overcome partly this shortcoming is the structural design. Ceramic- Metal components are possible to be applied in this area. The author carried systematically oat an experiment on grinding zirconium oxide-steel components with the CBN-grind wheel and analyzes perliminarily the grinding process of this material and its characteristic. Not only re- search on the relationship between the superficial shaps and adjustable condition of grind wheel is made but also the change in superficial shape of grind wheel in the grinding process. More- over based on grinding foree, grinding ratio and superficial quality the reasonable grinding pa- rameters are also chosen. The experiment results are able to be used in industry for reference.
