摘要
本文采用有限元计算板、管组合结构的方法对两种常见的国产250摩托车车架进行了刚度比较分析,研究了车粲的理想结构形式、管件截面尺寸和加强板与车架刚度的关系,并对实际结构提出了改进设计意见。
A comparative study of the stiffness of the frames of two 250 models of motor- cycle is carried out using the finite element method for calculating the combined structure of the plate and tube.An ideal form of frame,the relationship between the stiffness and the tube section and reinforced plate is discussed.Finally some suggestions for frame design are put forward.
