摘要
应用CATIA软件对某三轮摩托车车架进行了三维几何建模,使用Hypermesh软件对车架进行了网格划分,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对车架进行了自由模态分析和刚度分析,并通过试验方法进行了相应的试验验证,分析了该车架的前6阶固有频率及振型特征,为车架的改进设计提供了理论依据。依据车架结构特点和有限元分析结果,对车架进行局部结构优化和模态优化分析,结合模态分析和评价优化分析结果,提出了车架结构的改进办法。
The 3- dimensional geometry model of a 150 motorcycle frame was established by software CATIA. The model was meshed with Hyper mesh. Based on the finite element model, the free model analysis was done with ANSYS. Experimental modal analysis was carried out with vibration analysis system and used to validate the FEA results. The frame's former six natural fre- quencies and corresponding mode shapes were analyzed, which built foundation in theory to improve frame design. According to the structure characteristic and the FEA results of frame, the frame structure was partly optimized ; the modal optimum analysis of frame was conducted as well. Combining with the modal analysis, the optimum analysis results were evaluated and the improvement scheme of frame structure was proposed.
