摘要
运用PRO/E软件对LH250摩托车车架进行三维几何建模,使用Hypermesh软件对车架进行网格划分建立有限元模型,利用ansys有限元分析软件分别对车架在双轮支撑工况和单轮支撑工况下进行静力学分析。为保证车架具有足够的刚度和强度,找出了车架的应力集中位置,并对结果进行了分析评价,为车架的设计提供了参考。
The geometric model of the LH250 motorcycle frame was modeled with PRO/E,the finite element model of the frame was established by Hypermesh.In this paper,series of static analysis on the frame were implemented under two wheel support load and single wheel support load conditions.To assure enough stiffness and intensity to meet requirements,the stress concentration position of the frame is found,and the results are evaluated and analyzed so as to provide references for frame design.
