摘要
目的 :观察当归补血汤多糖对血虚小鼠血液系统的影响。方法 :用环磷酰胺和乙酰苯肼联用所致的血虚小鼠为实验对象。结果 :当归补血汤多糖能显著升高血虚小鼠的RBC、WBC、Hb水平。结论 :当归补血汤多糖具有补血作用 ,是当归补血汤的有效活性部位。
Objective:To observe the effects of Dangguibuxuetang polysaccharlde on the blood system of the blood-deficient model mice.Method:applying the blood-deficient mice model induced by injecting cyclophosphamide and hydracetin as experimental objective.Result:Dangguibuxuetang polysaccharide can obviously promote the level of RBC、WBC、Hb in blood-deficient model mice. Conclusion:Dangguibucuetang polysaccharide has nourishing the blood action on the blood-deficient mice.Polysaccharide is the positive position of Dangguibuxuetang.
