摘要
电磁继电器静态吸反力特性的配合技术是保证电磁继电器可靠性动作的关键技术。针对以往电磁继电器静态吸反力特性测试方法中存在的问题 ,提出一种基于悬臂梁式力传感器和直线光栅位移传感器的电磁继电器静态吸反力特性测试方法。以某型号平衡力式磁保持磁电器为分析实例 ,给出了力传感器和直线光栅位移传感器的选择方法。
The cooperation of static electromagnetic attractive force and spring force characteristics is important to ensure the electromagnetic relay can operate reliably. In order to resolve problems in the traditional testing methods of electromagnetic relay’s static attractive force and spring force characteristics, a new test method based on a cantilever force sensor and a beeline raster displacement sensor was presented. Through analyzing some type managetic latching relay, the selecting method for the force sensor and displacement sensor was given.
