摘要
针对接触器机械结构特点,设计了机械特性参数及其电磁机构反力特性测试装置。为了提高测试精度,运用模糊控制策略,解决机构变化过程中初压力、终压力及主辅触头反力叠加引起反力突变的测试难题。通过编制上位机监控界面,本装置除实现特性参数检测外,还具备反力特性曲线显示与反力特性存储的功能。
Aim at the features of the mechanical construct of the contactor, a testing device was designed, which realizes the measurement of the parameters of mechanical characteristics and counterforce characteristics of electro -magnetic mechanism for contactor. By using fuzzy control , the precision of testing was improved. It is worked out for monitor interface based on computer, to store testing parameters and counterforce characteristics curve.
