摘要
具有非线性B-H特性曲线永磁体的等效是影响含永磁继电器等效磁路计算准确度的重要因素之一。首先通过有限元软件对永磁进行三维磁场仿真分析,获得永磁各截面磁感应强度分布曲线,根据曲线特点对永磁进行分段等效,给出各段永磁等效磁动势的求解方法。在此基础上,针对某型号含永磁继电器磁系统的具体结构,建立其等效磁路模型,计算继电器的吸力特性。最后将计算结果与三维有限元磁场仿真结果及实际测试结果进行比较,该磁路模型能够将吸力计算误差减小到10%以内,成为继电器可靠性设计计算吸力特性的有效方法。
Equivalent nonlinear B-H characteristic permanent magnet(PM) is an important factor of accurate equivalent model calculation.Equivalent subsection PM based on 3-D magnetic field simulation is established,and equivalent magnetic potentials of each subsection are calculated.Equivalent magnetic circuit model of PM relay magnetic system is established to calculate attractive force characteristics of relay.The accuracy is proved by comparing the result calculated by using 3-D magnetic field simulation result and measuring result.This method reduces the calculation results error of attractive force to 10%.Such research can become a valid way for attractive force calculation of relay.
