摘要
从蚕蛹的综合利用出发,介绍了蚕蛹皮制备甲壳质/壳聚糖的方法,对影响产品质量的脱无机盐、脱乙酰基工艺进行了研究,并提出制备的较佳工艺。该工艺耗化工料少、耗时较短,所得产品品质好、得率高,是开发利用废弃物蚕蛹皮较好的途径之一。
In the paper, it introduces the preparation method of chitosan and chitin with pupa shell basedon pupa comprehensive utilization. It researches about the processes of desalination and deacetylationthat affects the product quality. Then it puts forward a better preparation process that consumes lesschemical material and shorter time. The quality of the product obtained is good and the yield high. Sothis is one of better ways to develop and utilize the rejected pupa shell.
