摘要
近年来国外各大化工公司和一些研究机构在积极完善己内酰胺原有技术路线的同时,同时开展了以丁二烯为起始原料生产己内酰胺的研究,取得一定的成就,已具有工业化大规模生产的技术能力。本文主要综述了由丁二烯、一氧化碳路线制己内酰胺,丁二烯氢氰化制己内酰胺的发展状况,并预测后一路线比前者更容易实现工业化。
Many overseas chemical companies and research organizations had made effort to perfect the conventional producing methods of caprolactam.At the same time,they had carried out the research of producing caprolactam from butadiene and had got some achievements.Two synthesis methods are dicussed,one is producing caprolactam from butadiene and carbon monoxide;the other is hydrocyanation.It is indicated that the later is more likely to be commercialized.
