摘要
采用适合于部分互溶体系的NRTL模型作为精馏模拟计算的物性方法。分析了理论塔板数、进料位置、回流比、塔顶采出量等操作参数对过程的影响,并得出了最佳工艺参数为:采用16块理论塔板,回流比为0.6,第6板进料,塔顶采出量为120kg/h时,可以得到99.2%(质量分数)的丙烯腈。模拟结果可指导工业过程的设计。
The NRTL model is used to simulation calculated the distillation of the system of acrylonitrile-water.The influence of operation factors such as stage number,feed stage,reflux ratio and distillate rate were analyzed.The optimal parameters of column are proposed:the theoretical total plate number is 20,the raw material is fed at 10th plate,reflux ratio is 3.A top product of acrylonitrile with 99.2%(wt)could be obtained.These results are useful in the industrial design and improvement.
