摘要
采用水热体系中-步法合成了苯磺酸基修饰SBA-15的SBA-15-ph-SO2H催化剂。以液相反应为探针,系统考察了不同溶剂体系对催化剂催化活性的影响。结果表明,以该型杂化材料为催化剂,Beckmann重排反应存在明显的溶剂效应。在非极性非质子溶剂体系中,催化剂显示了较好的催化活性和选择性。根据实验结果,尝试性地提出了-个五元环过渡态的反应机理。
Hybrid inorganic-organic solid acid material SBA-15-ph-SO3H was synthesized by a one-step co-condensation method. The catalytic activity of the obtained materials was studied by the liquid-phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime to ε-caprolactam. The results showed that there existed an obvious "Solvent effect" in this reaction system. Moreover, a reaction mechanism involving a five-member ring mediate-product was tentatively proposed when toluene was used as solvent.
