摘要
利用电化学分析方法对工艺流程中姜辣素的提取产率进行了实时测定,研究了影响来凤“凤头姜”中姜精油和姜辣素提取产率的因素,探讨了生姜化学成分的综合提取工艺中原料姜的适宜的采收时间和贮藏时间,对本地生姜的深加工具有指导意义。
The new method for quantitative determination of Gingerol extracted by anodic stripping voltammetry was studied, Affecting factors of the extraction efficiency of Gingerols and Essential oil were studied. Discuss the optimum reaction time for extracting the Gingerols by dehydrated alcohol. The optimum collection time and storage periods of material zingiber during the processing of zingiber officinale were discussed, which is valuable to the local zingiber processes.
