摘要
用高分子乳液聚合物为主要成膜物质,辅助其它助剂配制出成膜性能好、不损坏混凝土路面、无毒无味无色的特点,尤其适合滑模摊铺等先进水泥混凝土路面施工工艺要求,并解释了养护剂的养护机理。按照美国ASTMC309 89的标准对养护剂的性能进行了测试,测试数据表明本养护剂达到该标准要求。对生产成本进行了预算,适合国内大量使用。
A new kind of curing agent based on the polymer emulsions and other chemical products is introduced in this paper.This curing agent would not damage the pavement, furthermore, it is not innoxious and has no unpleasant smell, hence it especially meets the technological reguirement for cement concrete pavement.Its curing mechanism is described, with optimum prescription discussed and the properties tested according to the requirement of ASTM C 309-89.The test results show that this curing agent meets with the standard.The lower cost of this curing agent indicates its the market potential in the future.
