摘要 分散剂及分散型聚合物是已知的防止烟炱引起磨损的功能型添加剂。主要研究了在内燃机油中存在烟炱的情况下,分散剂及功能型聚合物通过成膜性能而抑制磨损的情况。研究表明,CumminsM-11和M-11/EGR发动机中十字头的磨损机理主要是烟炱微粒引起的磨粒磨损,而且含有烟炱的油形成的油膜厚度大于烟炱微粒的尺寸,将会抑制磨粒磨损的产生。 The goal of this paper is to introduce the role of dispersants and functionalized polymers on the prevention of wear by examining their ability to form films in the presence of abrasive contaminants.Recent studies have shown that the primary cause of wear in the crossheads of CumminsM-11 and M-11/EGR engines is the abrasive nature of primary soot particles.In addition,it has also been shown that the oil containing soot can form a thicker film than the size of primary soot particles,which can prevent abrasive wear.Dispersants and dispersantpolymers are known to prevent wear in the presence of soot.
