摘要
在水玻璃中添加几种化工原料进行改性,配制成一种水泥混凝土养护剂,具有与混凝土亲合性较好,喷涂在混凝土表面后,能形成胶状硅酸盐,填充混凝土表层的孔隙,使其硬化,防止和减少表面微裂纹的产生和发展,对提高混凝土的强度、抗渗性和耐磨性及加快施工进度、保证施工质量和耐久性有效。
Water glass was modified with several chemical materials added to prepare a cement concrete curing compound. It could be well compounded with concrete. When sprayed on concrete surface, a gel-like silicate was formed to fill in concrete surface for hardening so that surface cracks were prevented or reduced which was effective on improving concrete strength, impermeability and wearability, speeding constructional work and ensuring constructional quality and durability.
