摘要
健康雄性SD大鼠吸入62.6、375、750mg/m^3 CO,中、高浓度CO使大鼠血COHb、血清TG、LDL-CH及LPO含量增高,750mg/m^3 CO使主动脉内膜出现内皮下水肿、内皮细胞间裂隙及细胞核扭曲、变形等超微结构改变。提示:脂质过氧化、脂质代谢及主动脉内膜超微结构的改变,是CO所致动脉粥样硬化的重要病因学因素。
Toxicological experiment was conducted in health adult SD male rats exposed to 62.5, 375, 750mg/m3 CO. The results showed that 375,750mg/m3 CO made the level of serum TG, LDL-CH, LPO of rate increase. In rats inhaled 750mg/m3 CO, the ultrastructure changes of the arch artery were found such as subendothelial edema, the gap and breaking between the endothelial cells,swelling and becoming deformed in endothelial cell nucleus. Results obtained in animal experiment pointed out that CO induced lipid peroxidation, changed the level of serum lipid and the ultrastructure of artery linermembrance.Which were the important pathological factors of atherosclerosis induced by CO.
