空气污染与儿童最大呼气流速变化的关系 被引量:9

摘要 本文通过对北京市大气污染较严重地区60名健康儿童最大呼气流速(PEF)的测定以及同步测定大气中SO_2和NO_2浓度及儿童个体接触SO_2和NO_2的剂量,观察空气污染与PEF动态变化关系。发现空气中NO_2浓度与家庭用煤取暖和儿童PEF的变化显著相关;儿童SO_2个体接触剂量与PEF亦有显著相关性。 The present paper reports a study on the relation-ship between air pollution and dynamic changes in human peak expiratory flow(PEF)on the basis of continuous measurement of PEF for a whole month of 60 healthy children(9~11 yearold)selected from among residents of a quarter in the city of Beijin with serious air pollution and synchronous measurement of concentrations of SO_2 and NO_2 in the air and dose of individual exposure to them,as well as observation of the relationship between air pollution and dynamic change of PEF.It has been found that the concentration of NO_2 in the air is closely associated with stove heating in the house and the change of children's PEF.There is also notable correlation between aose of individual exposure to SO_2 and PEF of the children.
