摘要
对华支睾吸虫成虫代谢抗原(MA)、成虫盐水浸液抗原(SEA)和全虫抗原(AA)的免疫学特性进行了比较研究,十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)提示三种抗原在分子量22~128KD的位置上有一些分子量相等的多肽成分。免疫扩散(ID)和免疫电泳(IE)结果表明,MA,SEA和AA有迁移带相等的沉淀带,进一步证实三种抗原有相同的抗原成分,MA的免疫性成分比SEA多。SPA-酶联免疫吸附试验(SPA-ELISA)显示MA与AA血清学敏感性差异有显著性(P<0.05),而与SEA比较则差异无显著性(P>0.05)。
The present pater reports on the comparative analysis of the immunological properties of metabolic antigen from adult worms(MA) of Clonorchis sinensis, saline extract antigen from adult worms(SEA) and intact adult worms antigen(AA). SDS-polyacrylammide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) revealed that molecular weight metabolic antigen from adult worms in 22~128KD has many common antigen components with saline extract antigen from adult worms and intact adult worms antigen. In immuno electrophoresis(IE) and double immuno diffusion(ID) test, it has been found that MA, SEA and AA aontained common precipitation bands and it sas been futher shown in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay with hryspa(SPA-ELISA), three antigens reacted on rabbit anti-MA serum respectificantly higher than that of intact adult worms antigen, but had no differdnce from that of SEA.
