摘要
收集了国内外6个产地不同等级的香料烟样品,对其内在化学成分、必需营养元素和挥发性致香物质等进行了分析。结果表明,不同产地香料烟中总糖含量为11.71%~32.18%,烟碱含量为0.59%~1.72%,淀粉含量为4.98%~10.65%,石油醚提取物为4.85%~6.50%;香料烟中单糖含量远高于双糖,在双糖中蔗糖含量较高,调制后的烟叶中几乎不含麦芽糖;几种必需营养元素在不同产地香料烟中的含量变化范围较大,这些元素与香料烟中糖和烟碱含量之间表现出不同的相关性;不同产地香料烟内含有的致香物质成分大体上一致,但在含量上却有明显的差异。
Different grades of oriental tobacco samples from6producing areas at home and abroad were collected and analyzed for chemical components,necessary nutrition elements and volatile flavor sub-stance.The results showed that the contents of total sugar of oriental tobacco samples from different pro-ducing areas were11.71%-32.18%,the contents of nicotine were0.59%-1.72%,the contents of starch were4.98%-10.65%and extractions of petroleum ether were4.85%-6.50%.The contents of monosaccha-ride were much higher than that of bisaccharide in oriental tobacco.The contents of saccharose were high-er in the bisaccharide.There was little maltose in the air-cured oriental tobacco leaves.The contents of several necessary nutrition elements varied much and were correlated with the contents of sugar and nico-tine differently.The kinds of main flavor components in oriental tobacco from different areas were more or less alike,but the amounts were obviously different.
