摘要
从中式卷烟对烟叶原料的要求出发,阐述了烟叶风格特色定位的概念,烟叶质量、特色和风格的涵义及其相互关系。提出了烟叶风格特色应具备确定性、稳定性、可用性的特征,还提出了在历史记录中挖掘特色、在生产实际中发现特色、在工业使用中确立特色的定位思路。讨论了定性的感官特征表述方式和定量的理化特征表述方式。对建立风格特色的标准提出了4点看法。
The concept of flue-cured tobacco style and characteristics, the meaning and relationship among tobacco quality, characteristics and styles basing on the desire for raw material of Chinese style cigarettes were discussed in this paper. The tobacco style and characteristics should include determinacy, stability and usability. The proposed orientation strategy included excavating characteristics from history, discovering characteristics from tobacco production, establishing characteristics from the industry utilization. Two aspects were discussed on how to define the tobacco style and characteristics, including qualitative statement of sensory characters and quantitative statement of physical and chemical properties. Four opinions on establishing the style and characteristic standard were proposed in this paper.
