摘要
分析荧光产生的物理机制 ,说明生物组织自体荧光光谱能够反映肿瘤组织的特异性 ,可以作为组织诊断的依据 .介绍荧光光谱技术在肿瘤诊断中的具体应用 。
The physics mechanism of the fluorescence creation were studied. It is concluded that autofluoresecnce spectra of tissue may reflect the features of the tumor tissue and be utilized to diagnose the tumor. In addition, we introduced the applications of fluorescence spectrum technique for cancer tumor diagnosis, probed the source of autofluorescence in the cancer tissues, and also put forward to the point of view about developing the study of fluorescence spectra diagnosis.
