磁共振波谱分析在体部肿瘤中的应用进展 被引量:3

摘要 磁共振波谱分析(Magnetic resonance spectroscopy,MRS)是活体检测体内物质代谢及生化物质含量唯一的无创性检查技术,近年来发展迅速,已广泛应用于评价人体组织肿瘤的发生及发展[1,2].MRS的发展使影像诊断学逐步深入到细胞生化代谢水平.研究表明MRS具有很高的鉴别肿瘤的能力,有望成为诊断肿瘤的重要工具[1,2].脑是MRS研究最多的器官,其临床应用日臻成熟,而MRS在体部肿瘤的应用才刚刚起步,本文仅就MRS的基本原理及其在体部肿瘤中的应用作一综述.
