摘要
高校大幅度扩招使高等教育规模迅速扩大，有力地推进了我国高等教育大众化进程。然而，高校扩招在学生数量增长的同时亦影响了自身质量的提高。从高等教育结构(包括层次结构、办学结构、投资结构和地域结构)上来看，应通过大力发展民办教育，改善学科结构，完善投资格局，调整地区资源合理分布等措施提高高等教育的教学质量。从高等教育质量的三个维度--内适质量、外适质量和个适质量入手，高等教育在从精英走向大众化的过程中，应尤为关注精英教育的发展；在数量扩张的同时，要注重自身结构的调整；扩招后"多元智力"评价应成为学生评价的基本取向。当前大学生就业问题是高校、社会、家庭关注的焦点问题之一。我国度量毕业生就业与失业状况的标准应与国际接轨。统一计算公式，统计截至时间以毕业后6个月即当年12月底为宜，并且还需要考虑毕业生失业的持续时间及隐性失业问题。经济增长速度、高等教育学科专业结构、产业结构、大学生自身素质等一系列因素都对大学生就业产生了不良的影响，应通过调整产业结构、建立各级各类劳动力市场之间的信息交流与人员流动渠道及调整产业发展政策中的技术选择等措施来促进大学生的就业。
It made the scale of higher education expand rapidly that the university enlarged enrollment by a large margin,advanced the popular process of higher education of higher education of our country effectively.However,the university' s enlarging enrollment influenced one' s own quality while increasing in quantity.seeing from the higher education structure ( including hierarchical structure,structure of running a school,investment structure and region structure ) ,We Should adopt to the following measures to improve the teaching quality of higher education: develop Non-governmental education,improve discipline structure,perfect the pattern of making the imvestment energetically,adjustregional resources to distributde rationally,etc.Started with the three degrees of the high education quality-inside right quality,outside right quality and the personal right quality,the higher education should pay close attention to the development that the elite educated particularly,pay attention to the adjustment of one' sown structure,appraise as the basic orien tation which the student appraises with 'plural intellingence' appraisal,improve the high quality of education constantly.The question on university student' s employment is one of the focuses question which university,society and family pay close attention to at present.The standard of the state of the graduate' s employment and unemployment of our country should be in line with international standards,the calculate formula should be in unison,the count deadline should be for 6 months after graduating,need to consider the lasting time of the graduates unemployment and problems of the recessive unemployment.Through the analysis of the situation that the graduate employment in recent years,the article think that aseries of factors,such as economic growth rate,discipline professional structure of higher education,the industrial structure,university students oneself,etc.have a bad impact on university students.In order to promote the employment of university students,we should adopt to the following countermeasures:adjust the industrial structure in conformity with passing,setting-up the channel of the information interchanging and personnel flowing at all levels of the labour markets and adjust the technologies choosing of the industry development policy,etc.
