摘要
我国高等教育大众化进程与一些发达国家相比具有基础条件差、波动幅度大和层次结构欠合理等特点。目前，推进高等教育大众化要科学地预测将来一个时期我国高等教育大众化发展的趋势，选择适合我国国情的发展策略，稳步推进高等教育的发展。
Compared with the situation in some advanced countries, the popularization process of higher education in China has shown some different characteristics, such as the comparatively backward basic facilities, drastic fluctuation, and unreasonable layer structure. At present, a key to pushing forward the popularization of higher education lies in a scientific prediction of the tendency of development of the popularization of higher education in China, selection of proper developmental strategies and steady development of higher education.
