摘要
目的观察西吡氯铵含漱液治疗牙龈炎、牙周炎的临床疗效。方法通过多中心随机平行对照试验观察,试验组用0.1%西吡氯铵含漱液,对照组用复方氯已定含漱液治疗,7d为一疗程,共使用14d。观察用药前后PLI、SBI、GI、PD、牙龈疼痛、口臭的变化及不良反应。结果试验组14d后菌斑下降率为63.0%,牙龈炎有效率为83.3%,牙周炎有效率为36.7%;而对照组则分别为49.5%、50%和16.7%。经统计学处理,试验组对牙龈炎的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01);2组含漱液对牙周炎的疗效也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论0.1%西吡氯铵含漱液对牙周组织疾病有明显疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of a0.1%cetylpyridinium chloride(CPC)rinse on the treatment of gingivitis and periodontitis.Methods A multicenter,randomized,parallel group trial was conducted.The eligible pa-tientes were divided randomly into two groups.Subjects were assessed at the beginning and the end of a two-week period during which they rinsed with0.1%CPC or complex hibitane in addition to their usual oral hygiene procedures.The vari-ation of PLI,SBI,GI,PD,pain,halitosis and adverse effects were observed before and after investigation.Results After14days of treatment,in the CPC group,the decreasing rate of PLI was63.0%,the effective rate for gingivitis and peri-odontitis were83.3%,36.7%respectively,while those periodontal indices of control group were49.5%,50%and16.7%.After statistical analysis,the CPC group had significantly higher effective rates on gingivitis than the hibitane group(P<0.01),at the same time,the effective rate was significantly different between two groups on periodontitis(P<0.05).Conclu-sion The use of0.1%CPC rinse is effective in treating periodontal diseases.
