摘要
目的观察赫璐斯牙周软膏辅助治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法将临床12例牙周病患者24个患牙分成局部基础治疗组(对照组)和基础治疗辅助赫璐斯牙周软膏治疗组(实验组),治疗前和治疗4周后复诊,分别记录牙周袋深度、牙龈指数、牙齿松动度和附着水平。结果治疗前后2组各项指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在牙周基础治疗基础上,赫璐斯牙周软膏对慢性牙周炎患者可起到良好的辅助治疗作用,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Denthealth paste in adjuvant treatment of periodontitis. Methods Twenty four affected teeth of 12 periodontitis patents were randomly divided into the experiment group（ basic therapy combined with adjuvant treatment with Denthealth paste） and the control group（ only treated with basic therapy）. Pocket depths,gingival indexes,mobility degrees,and attachment levels were observed and recorded before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment. Results Before treatment,there were no statistical differences in all indexes between the two groups. However,statistical differences could be noted in the indices between the 2 groups after treatment,with the data of the experiment group being superior to those of the control group. After treatment,all indexes of both groups were significantly improved as compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance.Conclusion Based on initial therapy,Denthealth paste could produce ideal adjuvant treatment effect on periodontitis and was worth further clinical popularization.
