摘要
临床医学正向着循证医学的理念发展,如何利用我国口腔颌面肿瘤丰富的临床资料进行以随机临床对照试验为标准的临床科研,提供评价临床疗效的可靠方法,是我国口腔颌面肿瘤临床医师面临的新的挑战和机遇。本文旨在就我国口腔颌面肿瘤临床科研的发展提出一点建议,希望推动循证医学方法在口腔颌面肿瘤临床研究中的实施。
To our knowledge, clinical medicine is now developing towards the principle of evidence based medicine. Our country has plenty of clinical resources of tumors in the oral and maxillofacial region, it is a real challenge and chance for our clinical doctors to utilize these clinical resources to evaluate the therapeutic effect of any clinical intervention using the research methods of evidence based medicine, such as randomized based medicine. The purpose of this article was to give some suggestion on the clinical research of tumors in the oral and maxillofacial region, and to push the application of research methods of evidence based medicine on the clinical research of tumors in the oral and maxillofacial region.
