摘要
分析了学习型组织的含义及特点,论证了创建图书馆学习型组织是适应时代发展的客观要求,是图书馆服务创新和提高管理效率的需要,是促进馆员学习成长与进步、提高馆员综合素质的重要举措,提出了图书馆应更新观念,创新机制,积极构建学习型组织,进而促进图书馆的可持续发展。
This paper analyzes on the meaning and features of the learning-typ e organization, demonstrates that the creation of the learning-type organizatio n is an important measure for fitting in with the objective requirements of era development, realizing library's service innovation, increasing the effectivenes s of the management and improving the comprehensive quality of librarians, and p uts forward that the library should renew its concept, innovate its mechanism, e stablish the learning-type organization, and further promote the sustainable de velopment of the library.
