摘要
学习型社会的图书馆对馆员素质提出了新的挑战,切实有效地提高馆员的整体素质与个性技能,是图书馆适应新时代要求和满足社会广泛需求的决定性因素。鉴于此,塑造学习型社会图书馆员在应具备思想、业务、文化知识、技能等素质的基础上,还应注意几个相关策略。
The study society＇s library proposes new challenge to personnel quality of the librarians. To practically and effectively improve the librarians＇ overall quality and individuality skill is the determining factor for the library to fulfill the requests of new times and meet the social widespread demands. On the basis of discussing the responsible qualities such as thoughts, professional abilities, cultural knowledge, skill foundation, etc, this article puts forward relative tactics on how portraying the study society librarians.
