摘要
对人才资源开发进行了理论分析,并针对新的竞争形式,从人才资源及其环境两个角度,分析了福建省人才资源开发的现状与问题,并提出对策。
Based on theoretical analysis, in view of the new way of competition and from the perspectives of talent resource and its environment, the current situation and problems of Fujian talent resource development are analyzed, and the countermeasures are put forward.
