成人教育是一项复杂的社会性系统工程,其最终目标在于培养与提高劳动者的整体素质,实现人力资源的全面开发,从而有效推进社会经济发展和科学技术进步。
Adult education is a complex community systematic project.Its final target rests on fostering and im- proving the entire quality of workers and sasto develop the human resource completely.It can effectively push forward community economic development and scientific and technological progress.
