摘要
利用双螺杆挤出机 ,通过熔融共混工艺制备了聚丙烯 (PP) /聚烯烃热塑性弹性体 (POE) /纳米CaCO3 复合材料。利用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM )观察了不同体系的形态 ,结果显示 :纳米CaCO3 和POE在PP/POE/nano CaCO3 中互相促进分布及均化。冲击试验结果表明 :PP/POE/nano CaCO3 体系的缺口冲击强度较PP/POE、PP/nano CaCO3和纯PP分别提高了 65 % ,10 7%和 178%。熔体流动速率测试显示 :纳米CaCO3 在PP/POE/nano CaCO3
PP/POE/nano CaCO 3, PP/POE and PP/nano CaCO 3 composites were prepared by melt blending in a twin screw extruder. Morphology of the composites was studied by SEM. Results showed that nano CaCO 3 and POE promoted homogenization and distribution each other in PP/POE/ nano CaCO 3. The tests showed that impact strength of PP/POE/nano CaCO 3 composite increased by 65 %, 107 % and 178 % on PP/POE, PP/nano CaCO 3 and PP respectively. The melt flow rate indicated that nano CaCO 3 played an important part in increasing flowability of PP/POE/nano CaCO 3 composite.
