介绍真空净油机的工作原理.高效雾化器利用不锈钢网材的极性作用以及聚集作用,加装旋转叶片,使滴状雾化转变成膜状雾化.在不增大雾化罐容积的前提下,大幅度增加雾化面积,从而使雾化效率大幅度提高,减少待处理油在油处理设备中的循环次数和停留时间;防泡沫雾化器利用球形不锈钢网阻挡真空作用下产生的油泡沫进入真空泵抽气管,并使其碎裂,从而改善真空泵的工作条件,延长真空泵活塞的使用寿命.
An introduction is given to the operational principle of the vacuum oil purifying machine. By use of the polar function and collective function of stainless steel honeycombed skew pipes and by installation of rotary blades, the high efficiency atomizer easily converts the dropwise atomization into membraniform atomization without enlargement of the cubage of the atomizing pot. The new mode of atomization greatly increases the atomized areas, and highly improves the efficiency of atomization. Consequently, the times of circulation and retention time of oil to be treated in the oil processing equipment are reduced. With the global stainless steel honeycombed skew pipes, the foam breaking atomizer can prevent oil foams, produced under the vacuum effect, from entering the vacuum air pump and break the foams, so that the operational condition of the vacuum pump can be improved, and the service life of its piston be prolonged.
