摘要
当活塞在真空作用下运动时,由于活塞销和连杆的质量是依次连接的,活塞速度呈阶梯式变化。基于此,本文提出了一种不必拆卸即可测量柴油机连杆轴瓦间隙的新方法。建立了系统运动微分方程,并对其求解和定性分析,找到了影响系统运动特征的重要因素。建立了仿真物理模型和数学模型,确定了边界条件,进行了仿真分析。结果证实了这种方法的可行性。
When the piston is moved by vacuum, its velocity changes in steps, for the mass of piston pin and rod are connected in turn. Base on this, this paper gave a new method of measuring the clearance between bush sleeves and diesel engine rod without disassembly. Dynamic differential equation of the system was set up and its result was worked out and analyzed. Factors that greatly affect the dynamic characteristic of the system was found out. Physical model and mathematical model was established. With the provided boundary conditions, emulator was designed. This method has been tested to be feasible by the results of simulation.
