摘要
利用Pro/E软件建立新型真空抽油泵转子实体模型,通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对转子进行静力分析。分析结果为转子的设计制造提供科学的参考数据。该方法提高了转子设计效率,降低了转子设计与制造成本。
The rotor body model of a new type vacuum pump is established based on Pro/E software, through ANSYS finite element analysis software analyses the rotor in static. The results provide a scientific reference to the design and manufacture of the rotor. This is a way to improve the efficiency of rotor design, and reduce the costs of rotor design and manufacturing.
