摘要
利用 RAPD(随机扩增多态性 DNA)技术 ,采用从 18个 10碱基随机引物中筛选出来的 4个引物对 9个不同黄花菜品种的总 DNA进行扩增 ,运用特殊谱带 ,建立了黄花菜的不同品种间的分子标识表 ,并根据结果进行了品种间基因型相似系数分析 ,对黄花菜的品种遗传改良提供了相应的分子依据 .
RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA) technique is used in our experiment.Total DNAs of 9 Hemerocalli citrina cultivars are amplified by 4 primers selected from 18 arbitrary 10-base primers.With the special bands used,we set up the cultivar molecular checking index,and analyse the genotype comparability-coefficient among the cultivars according to the result.It provides relevant molecular gist for breed genetic improvement of Hemerocalli citrina.
