摘要
本文结合国外鲑鳟鱼类先进的育种实践,从基础群体的建立、育种目标的制定、繁育方案的确立、育种值的评估、育种效果的分析、育种成果的商业化等几个方面,系统阐述常规育种技术在鲑鳟鱼类品种的遗传改良中的应用。
In combination with foreign breeding practices, the application of conventional breeding technology in genetic improvement of salmons is elaborated from the aspects of base population, breeding goal , breeding and selection methods, prediction of breeding values, selection of broodstock, response to selection, and breeding program harvest, etc.. We hope this paper could give a help for salmons breeding in our country.
