摘要
为了保证大型长距离多级泵站引水工程运行中全系统的流量平衡,建立了全系统的仿真模型。根据泵站所处位置不同提出两种新的系统流量调节方法。通过调节转桨泵转轮桨叶角度改变泵的流量特性,使取水泵站流量达到系统调度要求,使中间泵站保持其前池水位不变,以此来实现系统的流量自动调节平衡。仿真结果表明:采用这种调节方法可以实现全系统的流量自动平衡,但是在流量调节中需要考虑明渠的大时滞性的影响,以达到全系统流量调节的优化。
The flows within the entire system must be carefully balanced in large scale and long distance water diversion projects with multistage pump stations. This paper describes a system simulation model to develop two flow-regulation methods based on the pump station positions. The pump flow characteristics were modified by changing the blade angle to control the flow at the intake pumping station, to keep the water level stable at the middle pumping station suction, and to balance the flow in the entire system. These methods were modeled using the system simulation which realized the automatic system flow control. The analysis shows that the influence of the time lag caused by the free-surface pressure variation should be considered when optimizing the flow regulation.
