摘要
针对引黄入晋输水工程变速泵的调节特点 ,研究了同步电机的调速模型和变速泵控制前池水位的自动调节模型 ,讨论了转速调节器的参数 Kpn和τd按照负载变化力矩为恒值考虑存在的问题 ,提出了描述变速泵控制前池水位动态特性的数学模型 .通过实例 ,研究了 PID水位调节器控制参数比例增益、积分增益、微分增益和转速限制器等对前池水位调节的影响 .
This article investigates water stage regulation with variable speed pump in the Diversion Project from Yellow River into Shanxi Province.It is pointed out that the characteristics of pumps should be taken account of in the setting of the parameters K pn and τ d of the speed regulator.A mathematical model to describe the dynamic performance of the variable speed pump water stage regulation is presented and the effects of some important parameters of the water stage regulator in terms of the proportional gain,integrated gain and derivative gain etc.are investigated by a practical example.
