摘要
该树脂体系以(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯和乙烯基不饱和单体为原料,引入丙烯酸进行共聚而实现树脂的水溶性,添加水溶性氨基树脂以获得树脂的热固性。系统地研究了丙烯酸二元、三元、四元共聚体系的合成工艺及配比。讨论了影响树脂水溶性和涂料性能的诸因素。
The title resin is based on alkyl (meth)acrylate,vinyl monomers and acrylic acid,at the pres-erice of hydrophilic solvents, which are copoly-merized to give the water-soluble resin,com-bined with water-soluble melamine resin toform thermosetting acrylic resin.The ratio andsynthetic process of binary,ternary and quater-nary coploymer systems have been studied,andthe factors that affect the water solubility andproperties of the resin were discussed.
