摘要
利用动态力学扭辫分析研究了聚丙烯酸酯的升温和恒温固化过程,提出了一种两步固化机理,并求算得到了体系的固化活化能,发现有机锡催化剂能有效降低固化活化能并讨论了其催化历程。
The heating curing and isothermal curing processes of polyacrylate were studied by Torsion Barid Analysis(TBA). A two step curing mechanism was proposed. The overall active energy(Ea) of the curing reaction was calculated and it was found that the organotin catalyst could effectively lower the curing active energy. In the end, the catalysis process of the system was discussed.
