由丙烯酸及其酯类单体与苯乙烯通过溶液聚合和成盐方法合成了水溶性丙烯酸树脂。选择合适的固化剂、中和剂等,制得性能优良的水溶热固性丙烯酸清漆和色漆。探讨了影响漆膜交联度和树脂溶液粘度的各种因素。
The water-soluble acrylic resin has been prepared with acrylic acid,acrylate and styrene by solution polymerization or salt-forming method. When adding proper curing agents and neutralizers,excellent water-soluble thermosetting acrylic varnishes and paints could be made. Some factors affecting the film crosslinkage and viscosity of resin solution were discussed.
