摘要
使薄荷醇1mol、甲基丙烯酸0.9mol、对甲基苯磺酸9g、对苯二酚6g和120号橡胶溶剂油400ml,回流反应10h,所得精制产品的收率>83％;回流反应25h,收率>90％。由于其聚合物或共聚物玻璃化转变温度高,故在特种有机玻璃和特种涂料领域中,具有广阔的应用前景。
Menthol 1 mol,methacrylic acid 0.9 mol,toluene sulfonic acid 9 g, hydroquinone 6 gand rubber solvent 120 400 ml were refluxedfor 10 h to give a product with conversionrate of>38%,for 25 h with conversion rateof>90%.The obtained menthyl meth-acrylate has a high Tg,with a very promis-ing furture in the production of specialPMMA resin and coatings.
