离子交换树脂催化合成甲基丙烯酸薄荷酯

摘要 本文以大孔强酸性苯乙烯系阳离子交换树脂催化1-甲基丙烯酸和(±)-薄荷醇的脂酯化反应,得到了一种有实用价值的单体—(+-)-1-甲基丙烯酸薄荷酯,并用IR、阿贝折光仪等进行了表征.此外,探讨了诸如酸-醇摩尔比,催化剂种类及用量等反应条件对产率的影响。 The esterization of α-methyl acrylic acid with (+-)-menthol by macroprous. The strongly acidic styrene type cation exchange resin catalyst was successfully carried out. An useful mononmer,(+-)-1-methyl menthol acrylate,was obstained and characterizde by IR,Abbe refractometer,etc. The yield percentages of the monomer were studied in various teact condutions such as changing the acid-alcohol ratio,concentration of catalyst and so on. Furthermore,the best condition was determined by orthogonal test.
