摘要
研究了以固体超强酸 Ti O2 /SO2 - 4 为催化剂 ,水杨酸和乙醇为原料合成水杨酸乙酯 ,并考察了醇酸比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度对酯产率的影响。结果表明 ,在水杨酸用量为 0 .1 mol的情况下用固体超强酸Ti O2 /SO2 - 4 为催化剂 ,催化剂用量为 1 .0 g,乙醇与水杨酸的摩尔比为 3∶ 1或 4∶ 1 ,反应时间为 5h,反应温度 95~ 1 0 0℃是最适宜的反应条件 ,酯产率达 89%。
The synthesis of ethyl salicytate with alcohol and salicylic acid as reactants and solid super acid TiO 2/SO 2- 4 as catalysts has been studied.The influent conditions of reactants on the yield of estes,such as the molar ratio of alcohol to salicylic acid,the amount of catalyst used,the reaction time and the reaction temperature,are investigated.The result shows that the appropriate conditions should be: Weight of catalyst:1.0 grammer(weight of salicylic acid if 0.1 molar); molar ratio of alcohol to salicylic acid:3∶1 or 4∶1; reaction time: 5 hours; reaction temperature: 95~100 ℃; The yield of ethyl sallcylate is about 89%.
